Crew is a mobile app for real-world social events. Crew lets users create an account, verify their email address, discover events, access ticket and QR flows, check in at venues, and participate in live game sessions during events.

2. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded Crew from the Apple App Store, your license to use the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA") unless Crew provides a valid custom EULA through App Store Connect.
These Terms govern your use of Crew's Service, account features, event features, and game features. The Apple Standard EULA governs the App license on Apple platforms where applicable.
3. Eligibility
Crew is for users who are at least 18 years old.
By using Crew, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You can legally enter into these Terms.
- You are allowed to attend the events you join through Crew.
- You will comply with venue rules, event rules, local laws, and our House Rules.
We may refuse access, remove a user from an event, suspend an account, or terminate an account if we believe the user is underage, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise violating these Terms.
4. Your Account
You may need an account to use Crew. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity under your account
- Telling us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission
You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account without our permission.
5. Email Verification and Account Security
Crew may require email verification and may use authentication tokens, device or installation identifiers, and other security measures to protect the Service.
You may not bypass, disable, interfere with, or misuse security, identity, ticketing, QR, check-in, or game systems.
6. Events, Tickets, and Entry
Event listings, prices, venue details, start times, ticket status, check-in windows, and availability may change.
Unless otherwise stated:
- A Crew ticket, QR code, entry code, or check-in record is a limited permission to attend or participate in the relevant event. It is not ownership of the event or venue.
- Entry may depend on venue capacity, age verification, safety checks, venue policies, and host approval.
- You must follow instructions from venue staff, event hosts, and safety personnel.
- We may refuse or revoke entry for safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, policy violations, or legal reasons.
If payment is handled outside Crew, that payment may be subject to the payment provider's, venue's, or event organizer's terms. Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are handled according to the policy shown for the relevant event or required by law.
7. QR Codes, Check-In Codes, and Game Tokens
Crew uses QR codes, entry codes, and game tokens to support event entry and live game features.
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, scrape, forge, copy, or misuse QR codes, entry codes, game tokens, or check-in credentials
- Use screenshots or copied codes to bypass event entry rules
- Scan or submit codes in a misleading, automated, unauthorized, or abusive way
- Interfere with another user's game, ticket, entry, or match state
We may invalidate codes, reverse game actions, adjust scores, remove users, or suspend accounts where misuse is suspected.
8. Game Features and Challenges
Crew includes live social games, matchmaking, rock-paper-scissors style flows, scoreboards, and challenges.
Game features are for entertainment and social interaction. They must never be treated as permission to pressure, harass, touch, film, endanger, humiliate, discriminate against, or exploit another person.
You may decline a match, task, or interaction at any time. In-app points, penalties, or score outcomes do not override personal boundaries, venue rules, safety, or law.
Do not participate in any challenge if doing so would be unsafe, illegal, unwanted, or against venue instructions.
9. House Rules
The House Rules are part of these Terms. They apply to all Crew events and game interactions.
If there is any conflict between winning points and keeping people safe, safety wins.
We may remove users, void points, cancel matches, revoke tickets, restrict accounts, or take other action when House Rules are violated.
10. User Content
You may submit or display content through Crew, such as profile photos, names, game actions, game results, and other information connected to your account or event participation ("User Content").
You are responsible for your User Content. You must not submit or display content that:
- Is illegal, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable
- Violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights
- Misleads others about your identity, age, event status, ticket status, or game result
- Contains malware, spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising
You grant Crew a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, transmit, and use your User Content as needed to operate, provide, improve, moderate, and protect the Service.
You keep ownership of your User Content, but you are responsible for having the rights needed to provide it.
11. Reporting and Moderation
You can report safety issues, abusive behavior, objectionable content, account issues, or event concerns by contacting us at:
At live events, report urgent issues to venue staff, event hosts, or local authorities first.
We may review, remove, restrict, hide, or preserve content or account records when needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the Service.
We are not required to monitor everything, but we may take action at our discretion.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use Crew if you are under 18
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, bully, discriminate against, or exploit anyone
- Pressure someone into a match, conversation, task, photo, video, physical contact, drink, or other interaction
- Participate in unsafe, illegal, violent, sexually explicit, humiliating, discriminatory, or non-consensual conduct
- Encourage drunk driving, excessive drinking, drug misuse, violence, self-harm, or reckless behavior
- Cheat, manipulate, automate, reverse engineer, or interfere with Crew's systems
- Use another person's account, ticket, QR code, or identity
- Upload or distribute malware, spam, scams, or unauthorized promotions
- Collect information about other users without their consent
- Use Crew in a way that violates laws, venue rules, event rules, these Terms, or the House Rules
13. Safety and Real-World Risk
Crew involves real-world venues, strangers, live events, and social games. You are responsible for your own choices, boundaries, health, transportation, and safety.
Crew does not control every venue, user, host, or real-world interaction. You should use common sense, respect boundaries, follow venue instructions, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
14. Third-Party Services and Venues
Crew may interact with third-party services such as hosting providers, storage providers, email providers, image hosts, venues, payment providers, maps or navigation services, and event partners.
We are not responsible for third-party services, venues, websites, policies, content, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
15. Intellectual Property
Crew, including its name, branding, interface, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Crew for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Crew except where permitted by law.
16. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Crew at any time. We may also limit access to features, events, tickets, game flows, or accounts.
Crew may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, venue conditions, backend outages, app store issues, or events outside our control.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, restrict event access, revoke tickets, remove content, or limit features if we believe you violated these Terms, violated the House Rules, created risk for others, misused the Service, or caused legal, safety, operational, or reputational risk.
You may stop using Crew at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at:
Deletion may be subject to identity verification, fraud prevention, security, legal, accounting, dispute, event safety, and backup retention needs.
18. Disclaimers
Crew is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and safety.
We do not guarantee that:
- Crew will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Event information will always be current or complete
- Users, venues, hosts, or third parties will behave safely or appropriately
- Game results, scores, rankings, or QR flows will be error-free
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Crew will be limited to the greater of:
- The amount you paid directly to Crew for the event or Service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or
- EUR 50
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limits may not apply to you.
20. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crew and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, service providers, and personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of Crew
- Your violation of these Terms or the House Rules
- Your User Content
- Your interaction with other users, venues, hosts, or third parties
- Your violation of law or another person's rights
21. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using Crew, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
Your continued use of Crew after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
