Crew House Rules

Effective date: June 8, 2026

Crew is built for real-world social games. The point is to meet people, play honestly, and leave with a good story. These House Rules apply to every Crew event, match, challenge, QR scan, task, scoreboard, and venue interaction.

By using Crew or joining a Crew event, you agree to follow these House Rules, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

1. 18+ Only

Crew is for people who are at least 18 years old. Bring valid ID if the venue or host asks for it. If you cannot prove you meet the age requirement, you may be refused entry or removed from the event.

3. You Can Decline Anything

You can decline a match, task, conversation, photo, or interaction at any time. You do not need to explain why.

In-app penalties or missed points are never more important than your comfort, safety, health, or boundaries.

4. Keep Challenges Safe

Do not do any challenge that is unsafe, illegal, humiliating, discriminatory, sexually explicit, physically risky, or against venue rules.

Do not run, climb, shove, block exits, damage property, interfere with staff, disturb non-participants, or use the app while doing anything that needs your full attention.

5. No Harassment or Hate

Crew has zero tolerance for harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, unwanted sexual attention, intimidation, discrimination, or hate speech.

This includes behavior based on race, color, ethnicity, nationality, language, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, body type, age, or any other protected or personal characteristic.

6. No Objectifying or Rating People

Crew is a game, not a ranking system for people's bodies, looks, identity, or worth.

Do not use Crew for "hot-or-not" behavior, sexual comments, public humiliation, dares targeting someone's appearance, or any interaction meant to embarrass or objectify another person.

7. Alcohol and Substances

Do not pressure anyone to drink or use substances.

Do not create or accept tasks involving excessive drinking, drug use, intoxicated driving, unsafe travel, or anything that could put someone at risk.

If you drink, know your limits, follow venue rules, and plan a safe way home.

8. Respect the Venue

Follow all venue rules and host instructions. Be respectful to staff, security, performers, other guests, and people who are not using Crew.

Do not damage property, bring prohibited items, block walkways, disturb neighboring businesses or residents, or create safety issues.

9. Play Honestly

Report match results honestly. Do not fake scans, share QR tokens, use screenshots to bypass rules, manipulate check-ins, collude to farm points, or interfere with another player's score.

Hosts may void points, reset matches, remove users from the leaderboard, or remove users from the event if they suspect cheating or unsafe behavior.

10. Photos and Recording

Do not photograph, film, livestream, or post another person without their clear permission.

If someone asks you to delete a photo or video of them, respect that request unless there is a safety or legal reason to preserve it for staff, security, or authorities.

11. Protect Personal Information

Do not collect, share, post, or misuse another person's private information, including phone numbers, addresses, social handles, workplace details, location, QR tokens, ticket codes, or account details.

12. Report Problems

If something feels unsafe, tell the host or venue staff immediately. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

You can also report safety issues, abusive behavior, objectionable content, account issues, or event concerns at:

frtpkaan@gmail.com

When reporting, include the event, approximate time, people involved if known, and what happened.

13. Consequences

If you break these House Rules, Crew or the event host may:

  • Warn you
  • End a match or task
  • Void points or leaderboard entries
  • Remove you from the event
  • Revoke ticket or check-in access
  • Restrict, suspend, or delete your account
  • Preserve records and cooperate with venues, safety staff, payment providers, or authorities where appropriate

Serious safety issues may result in immediate removal without warning.

14. The Short Version

Be 18+. Be honest. Respect boundaries. Ask first. Stop when asked. Keep it legal. Keep it safe. Respect the venue. Do not be the reason someone else has a bad night.
