Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the Crew app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data will be removed.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app, email us at frtpkaan@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Crew account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account (name, email address, login credentials)
- Your profile photo and any photos taken during game missions
- Your game activity (matches, points, challenge history)
Data Retention
All personal data listed above is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you (for example, total participants at an event) may be retained.
